I love gardening
Yesterday I had the chance (in February!) to do some gardening. I do love to garden it gives me such a sense of acheivement. I used to have two rosemary shrubs on the south-facing border in my back garden, however I decided to get rid of one to allow for space to grow other things (hopefully chillis, peppers, and tomatoes), but I didn’t want to just throw out or compost the secondary rosemary plant.
So I cut off plenty of rosemary branches to wash and dry for use in the kitchen, and with help from ‘Retired Father’ I repotted the rosemary shrub into a container and have put it on the north-facing border to provide interest. I don’t know whether the rosemary will flourish in this new spot, but for now it does look great.

Right now our garden is covered in snow! Well a slight covering that may last the day if the sun doesn’t come out!!
I was out in the garden in January when I got a couple of hours between the blustery winds. I’ve half dug my chilli garden up (loads of bricks buried there) so I’ll be glad to get that finished one weekend when it’s not too cold
