The chillis are getting bigger
Feb 25th 2007MargeChillies & Gardening
Just to keep you up to date with all the gardening news here at Casa Marge I thought I’d let you know how the chilli seedlings are doing …

They are doing very well as you can see. Once there are more seeds on the little plants I shall be able to pot them on into smaller individual plants pots. I have not had much luck growing chillis in the past and am delighted with how well they are doing so far ![]()

They’re looking good! How long did it take before they started to grow? I started ours last week and am not seeing a thing
Packet says 7-10 days.

Thanks SarahG, from planting to first germinating the seeds took about 10 days. It has taken about 20 days to reach the current stage they are at now.
I would give it time for your chilli seeds. Incidentally, what sort of conditions have they been sown in? (ie on a window sill, or in a propagator etc.?)
