Dream the impossible dream …

They say that impossible things just cannot happen, and the same is true of gardening.

Or is it? By rights a spring bulb should be planted in good time before spring starts (usually in the late autumn), and that you need to plant the bulb in a hole twice the depth of the bulb itself … so tell how this happened not long ago?

Clearly you can see the bulb is sitting on the surface of the earth, open to any frosts and slugs that might happen, and yet here it is, a flower blooming. I give you the ‘impossible daffodil’ :)

PS. I am currently working on setting up an image gallery in the next week or so. This should make viewing photos more easy.

Just a little note

… to let you all know I am still here ;)  Pesach was lovely especially the food and the company at Seder time.  I have been very busy gardening today and have re-repotted the chillis.  I shall write more over the weekend and will include some pics, but right now I want a rest!
