Sorry it’s a bit late. I was so busy cooking and preparing for Rosh HaShonah (Jewish New Year), that I didn’t have time to post a new year greeting to you all, so here it is – better late than never!

In the olden days they used to add chicken fat (known as shmaltz) and not oil, but I think it is kinder the heart to use sunflower oil.
