TNU - the flowering

Yes, folks it’s that time again for the latest TNU from Casa Marge. I have to report the the tomatoes on the windowsill which sit in front of the very computer I am typing at have started not only to grow somewhat triffid like, but also to flower. This means only one thing - after the flowers comes the fruits! 
You may notice the plant pots are much larger. This is thanks to Retired Father who found some very reasonable new plastic pots at a shop in town. He also potted the plants on for me too. I was rather busy with all the Pesach preparations at the time. In the above photo you can just about see the yellow flowers that have formed. The pic below shows a close up:
I am surprised at how well the tomato plants are doing. I will now start to apply a little foliar feed once a week and possibly some extra tomato feed once more flowers are produced. I am hoping for a bumper crop … and then I will have to work out (and post!) some recipes for you.
