My rhubarb has been loving the wet weather and is massive. I am planning a rhubarb and ginger jam, with some apples (from my friend’s harvest last year & currently in the freezer).
I am a bit rubbish at recipes as I just chuck everything in and it usually works but I always use 1 lb of fruit to 1 lb sugar and some lemon juice and it usually works out ok!

Dear Marge,
This is so stunningly beautiful! My daughter is getting married in September and has asked me to make a quilt for her chuppah covering. I would very much like to make quilt blocks that resemble the images of the seven species from this post if I would have your permission. Do you have a high resolution image that I could use for a pattern? Any help you could give me would be so greatly appreciated! Thank-you in advance.

Okay, you got me hooked here, they look delicious and I’ve not long bought some interesting preserves from Jenners (Pink Grapefruit & Lemon, Apricot & Tangerine) and we got sent some Strawberries & Champagne in a Hamper I haven’t had the occasion for yet…

I wonder if this would work in a cupcake maker? Mmm … thank you, Queen Marge!
